  • All Prepay Tickets can be broken into 15 minute increments
  • First 15 minutes is free, with every purchase
  • Base price is $100 per hour
  • Save money by purchasing Prepay Tickets- the more hours purchased on a Prepay Ticket, the more you save!
  • Prepay Tickets can be redeemed by more than one user, i.e.- company, team, family, etc. (call for more details)
  • 1-hour minimum purchase is required

  • When calling, if our schedule allows, we can begin helping you immediately or set up a later time that works with your schedule
  • Average response time for emails is 30 minutes or less, during normal business hours
  • When scheduling online, you have the option to purchase your Prepay ticket at the same time.  Or, if you already have your ticket, select the "Redeem Prepay Tickets" option

Tips to make the most of your time during your call

We understand that most clients want their issues solved, or questions answered right now, and we will do our best to understand the problem and find the best solution.  We will also do our best to ensure that we aren't using a band-aid when stitches are required, and vice versa- we won't try to use stitches when all it needs is a band-aid.  Here are some tips to ensure you get the most out of your calls:
  • ​Schedule your support call- We prefer that you schedule an appointment, but you are not required to do so.  When you schedule an appointment, you will be asked to fill out some basic information about the issues or questions you have.  This gives us time to prepare for the call- reviewing topics, gathering support documents, preparing examples, etc.  Otherwise, some of your call-time may be spent waiting for us to do this on the fly.  Also, having some information beforehand helps us determine the amount of time is needed.
  • Make a list- A lot of times, Excel questions or issues don't require a full 15 minutes to handle.  Having a list of additional questions or issues can fill the rest of the time block, after your initial issue is resolved.
  • Time estimates- Some issues take less than 15 minutes, some issues take more than 15 minutes, and some issues cannot be resolved.  We will be upfront and honest with you and give you the best estimates that we can.  Please understand that they are estimates and not guarantees.  If we know something cannot be done with Excel, we will tell you upfront, but sometimes we don't know until we get into it.  This is another reason why we prefer scheduled appointments.
